Due to the nature of these services, all purchases are considered intentional business and professional investments.

Please read this policy carefully before purchasing or engaging with any service.

Strategy Sessions & Consulting Services

Payments made for:

  • Book to Bank™ Fast Track

  • strategic consultations

  • clarity calls

  • advisory sessions

  • manuscript development work

  • publishing support

  • print production support

are non-refundable once the service has commenced.

This includes:

  • strategy delivery

  • preparation work

  • consulting time

  • review work

  • intellectual property shared during sessions

Because of the customised and strategic nature of this work, refunds are not provided for change of mind, change in business direction, lack of implementation, or differing personal expectations.

Digital Products, Resources & Downloads

Due to the immediate access provided to digital products, templates, guides, recordings, resources, downloads, and educational materials, all digital purchases are non-refundable.

Workshops, Masterclasses & Events

Payments for workshops, masterclasses, or live events are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

If Sue Kennedy cancels an event or workshop, participants will be offered:

  • a full refund, or

  • transfer to a future session where applicable

If you are unable to attend a live session, replay access or transfer options may be offered at discretion but are not guaranteed.

Publishing & Print Production Services

Publishing support and print production support involve customised work, supplier coordination, formatting, file preparation, and project-based services.

Once work has commenced, payments are non-refundable.

Where staged payments are agreed upon, clients remain responsible for payment of completed work already delivered.

Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for:

  • reviewing all materials carefully

  • providing accurate information

  • approving files and project decisions before final production or submission

Sue Kennedy is not responsible for errors approved by the client during review stages.

Results Disclaimer

No guarantees are made regarding:

  • publishing outcomes

  • sales

  • business growth

  • authority positioning

  • client acquisition

  • visibility

  • marketing performance

  • commercial success

Results will vary depending on many factors including implementation, positioning, market conditions, audience, and business model.
